What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, the type of care needed and anything you choose to tell us about your loved one. We also record the page you enquired from and standard technical data such as your IP address.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to arrange an assessment and admission. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Health information

Information about a person's health is sensitive personal data. We treat anything you tell us about a prospective resident as confidential, share it only with the clinicians involved in their assessment and care, and retain it under our clinical record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to retain it. Write to admissions@sharanamrehab.in and we will respond.

Consent

We ask for your explicit consent before processing an enquiry. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
